Our core service — we pick up your laundry, wash it with eco-friendly free & clear detergent, fold everything neatly, and return it to your door within 24–72 hours.

Booking Deposit

A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your pickup slot. This deposit is applied toward your total order balance.

All customers are required to sign a personal item waiver before their first order. Cents Wash House, LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Turnaround Time

Drop-off is within 24–72 hours depending on current capacity. We operate on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) schedule.

Detergent Options

We use an eco-friendly free & clear detergent by default. You're welcome to send your own, or request a specific brand for an additional fee.

Hangers

Every order includes 10 free hangers. You can send your own hangers if you need more than 10.
